I worked as an adviser and manager in a busy retail store for over 10 years and developed great customer service skills and a positive attitude before it was time for me to move on. I always wanted to work in the financial services industry and to continue helping clients. An exciting opportunity came up for me to join one of the biggest Financial services networks and enter the self-employed world. Since then, I started my journey advising clients on Personal Protection, i.e. life insurance, critical illness insurance, income protection, house insurance and other. I have been doing this for over 7 years and I always feel very passionate about giving my clients peace of mind.
In 2020 I qualified in CeMAP which is Mortgage Advice and Practice through the London Institute of Finance & Banking. This is when I decided to launch YoLife Protection and Mortgages.
